[@GodOfWar] I agree with that too. Although i might recommend that certain actions might earn one independent xp if they act independently. For example, perhaps going that extra mile to search a room while the rest of the team carry on. Placing themselves at risk but they manage to uncover some ancient tech. Which they receive the reward for. Something like that maybe.
