Here's some appropriate wording to use to explain the ability on your profile sheet. :)

[sup]Any damage which Void manages to block with his [color=00ccff]Defense[/color] charges him ready to redirect the power. When attacked Void becomes [i][b]Charged[/b][/i] for an equal value to the amount of damage blocked, in the following turn he may choose to expel this stored energy as a healing pulse which restores Health equal to the stored energy for all allies, or causes an attack with an [color=ff0000]Attack[/color] rating equal to the stored energy to all enemies, or to heal himself restoring Health equal to double the stored energy. If the stored energy is not used it quickly dissipates at the end of that turn.[/sup]
