I have been drinking about 5 liter o.o
How...how are you not dead? Please please please, if you can't eat a banana, have a packet of Lolli snakes or something you can shove in a pocket and eat every so often. And you might be better off having a sports drink every now and then instead of water-don't be drinking lkke 2.5 litres kf the stuff, but they are actually quite good at replacing essential electrolytes. But too much of a good thing can be bad. The body needs a certain amount of electrolytes, too little can send you into shock, siezure, coma and death, too much can send your body into hyper awareness, coma and death. The heart actually runs on electrical impulses, so the electrolytes stimulate the hearts beating. So too little...and you could potential not have a heart beat. Too much...and your heart will be in over drive. Imagine a heart be is this . . . . . And you have too many singals and suddenly it's this ............................. So very fast that it might not be able to be felt. The heart at its normal beat gives time for the four chambers to fill and infill and for blood to enter and leave. But if it's so very fast, the chambers don't have time, and that can cause back flow and clotting. Which can cause heart attack, embolism in the body, and stroke. A no no. So maybe change one 600ml bottle of water for a sports drink. And eat a damn banana
