Kiton didn’t understand what made him so concerned with proving himself so often, how he had to show he could take care of himself by winning the training session and showing he was a fully capable fighter. Takeshi didn’t need to have that concern, but when there was two of them watching and testing his capabilities he felt the huge need to go out and show he was able to stand up for himself. Keeping his hand to his stomach as Takeshi spoke he quickly moved it away as he spoke. “Friends? I’ve not had friends! Besides, you train to strengthen up and become stronger, not to…I don’t know, throw yourself around and get all bloody for laughs…” Kiton was now feeling very confused, wondering where he went wrong in the understanding of this training of theirs. It would be called playing if they weren’t being serious about it and he was most definitely aiming to improve himself and figure out what might be wrong with his body. “What? But…if I lose you would mock me. C’mon! Train with me! I’ll show you my worth!” Viral felt like he might as well give up on this and just have Aito rolling on out with these memories he wanted to share, just lie back in defeat and let him ramble on. He didn’t know what good it would do to tell him memories he might want to forget, especially when he was supposed to be ‘a proud warrior’. “I don’t know how laughing at myself will help get my memories back either. Wouldn’t memories I am proud of help more? I can’t be made a fool of my entire life…” Viral felt a lot of the blame could be placed on Humans, seeing how they continued to create to make their lives easier. If they trained to be warriors they would have no need for something like him. Grunting at Aito’s answer he glanced to him, huffing in annoyance. “A variety of reasons including that. They can never look after themselves and need inventions like me to look after them. I was made for fighting because they can’t do it themselves. Why would you trust me with Vegeta when I would still be on trial? I was on trial for years after my release when they realised I was dangerous, yet I don’t know what your logic was with giving me freedom and treating me like a child. When was I expected to take up this duty as ‘Earth’s protector’? Even Vegeta didn’t know what to do with me when he grew up smart enough to know better…” T’charrl didn’t really know what he was supposed to do regarding fitting in with a group of aliens that were largely the same, feeling a little awkward that he was extremely different from everyone else. Even their newest edition was of a similar shape to them all while he still remained that weird alien with wings and an extra set of limbs. Looking off to the side he slowly squatted down again, burying his face into a flower momentarily before looking to Haku. “I know there is, but out of everyone on the ship? Even the workers are not that different”, he spoke calmly, scratching at the orb on his chest, “I just wonder, what did they think of my kind when they first arrived? I just hope I’m not bothering them with wanting to see the galaxy, is all”. T’charrl felt he didn’t know a whole lot of what he should know concerning his friends, or at least those he hoped were his friends. He knew what they looked like on the outside but didn’t really know how they functioned on the inside or what certain parts of them were used for. He was certainly curious now, listening to Haku before frowning, standing up again. “Uhh, change like Shu? And that’s something to be gifted? I don’t know, I wouldn’t want that after I’ve felt what it’s like to change”, he spoke, looking at his own back end, “I don’t have a tail, this isn’t like a tail. It’s like…our extra chest, I guess. I hate going into deep water because it feels like I can’t breathe, like being squeezed by the water, you know? If my kind get speared through the chest, we can still live from that if treated quick enough. I don’t want to feel that, though. Organs aren’t so easily healed and need manual care over regeneration”.
