Okay, I have the first villain idea, here it is. Feel free to give me constructive criticisms about him. Like Baihu, he is a fairly interesting character.

Appearance: Basically an asian Prince Charming, he naturally has sharp looks which as made more than just women go after him. He has neat black hair and deep black eyes but due to his star mark, he's heterochromic. Like Baihu, he is a strapping young man at about six feet if not a bit taller than his brother.
Location and notes on star mark: Four point white star replacing his right pupil
Star power: "Celestial Eye" - Qinglong can see everything, nothing escapes his gaze. No amount concealing, disguises, disrupters or Star power can block his eyesight. He can even see and act normally while time is stopped and things like flashbangs have limited effect on him.
Corrupted or Uncorrupted: Uncorrupt
Personality: Qinglong is basically a prince charming; witty, smart, sociable and [i]very[/i] honorable. He prefers not to be associated with Baihu as he see him as part of the "evil which he must eradicate to better the world". The only thing that's sharper than his looks is his tongue which he uses to get people to follow him and believe in his ideals of purging the world of evil. Of course, that definition of evil is a bit off of what most people would consider.

Beyond his pretty face, he is almost as unstable as his brother when it comes to delivering "justice". Anyone who tries to compare him to Qinglong though, doesn't tend to come out very well. Some say he's actually worse than Baihu since he conceals his evil doing for his own goals of purging evil and ending his brother's life.
