[@Silver Fox]It's mostly because too many re-occuring cliches throughout. Like... "You're a high school student, but it has nothing to do with the over arching plot. And this isn't slice of life." Things like that, HellSing, I don't like SOA. (You introduce these tough people and they suddenly lose all strength then deviate from your own plot with copious amounts of Fan service. I don't like harems... At all.) Like, the few Animes I legitimately love are The Tales of adaptations (Which are based on the games. Though I didn't like all the games. Looking at you Graces F... Worst game I ever played...) I Loved Inyuasha, FMA(Any version, I had a really popular rp around it on here like 3 years ago.)Yuyuhokoshou (Seriously, it was the least Shonin Shonin I seen, the characters were pretty well written. Sure there were areas where I went "whatever." But it was nice.) Ghost in the Shell. (Perfect anime to me. Central characters were fully realized, had a lot of nice ambiguity, and had a lot of philosophical things in there.) A Anime I appreciate is One Piece. (Note, I say Appreciate.) Mostly because most of the characters are to a point well realized and colorful, the world is vast and that is inspiring as someone who likes to write at times. Not my favorite anime, but it has nice concepts at the very least. Also- ANY Ghibli Movie. I really should not need to explain why. (The Cat Returns was so cute. xP )
