Hugh felt the kiss of his palm, letting the feeling sink in. He savored it, with the feeling of her face in his palm. When she held his hand he gave an affectionate squeeze, enjoying how much smaller they were compared to his, but still powerful. He stood up to his full height as they dropped hands to go about the errand of gathering their things. Hugh was in the unfortunate predicament that he had no idea where his horse had gotten to. A look of worry soon came across his face as he looked around. "Rodger." He said it with a hurried whisper. "Rodger!" He finally said loudly. "Do we know what they did with my horse?" His worry shown on his eyes as he looked about, feeling desperate. The horse had always been there for him and he couldn't bear to lose it. The both of them had been traveling companions for too long, and Hugh had raised the horse from its youth. "I need to find Rodger!" He said, as he hurriedly scooped up his hammer and strapped it to his back. Perhaps the horse hadn't been brought with them and had been left outside. He hadn't seen any cages for it when they were locked up in the dungeon room. He rushed back down the hallways they had come, combing the area, then rushing back to the others when the trip had proved to be fruitless. "Oh no, poor Rodger, where have you gotten to." He muttered, following after the others. He was definitely going to have a little bit of trouble concentrating on everything, without knowing where his horse was. Hugh joined up with the others, the expression on his face turned to worry. He acknowledged with a quick nod when Vivian told Hugh to heal up the magus. "Mhmm, on it." He said. He quickly headed over to magus, acting very quickly to heal him. Laying his hands on his wounds to see them glow again. He rushed the process, still thinking of going up to look for his horse. He didn't really seem to think about how Artos might feel a little uncomfortable with Hugh rushing the healing process, placing his hands where he saw wounds. It might have felt like he was being slapped around. When they had ascended the stairway into the upper levels of the lost city, he just kept looking around with worry, thinking only of getting his loyal draft horse back.
