Yes you've left those clues on other characters but not towards Saina herself.
How would you feel if you were walking around trying to get something you need to done and someone came up to you and started hurling insults at you, called you a myriad of bad names, threatened to hurt you and insulted your beliefs? Needless to say, Saina doesn't think very kindly of Alex based on how she's been treated. Helping your friends out is something that goes unnoticed when you're doing that to someone.
