This is probably why The One was able to abuse it so easily, we don't [b]really[/b] have solid ground on how energy works in terms of limitations. Is it dependent on the person? Their strength or mental capacity? What they've been through? The twins could have been vastly nerfed if we had just said, "well when they're younger they can't control it as well." Or something like, "they clearly aren't smart enough to be able to control their energy powers, therefor it's vastly weakened." That probably would have saved us some time.

I think I said before that having the energy power was like being a mage in a way, but I don't know if that still stands now.
