A while ago, I had a teen titans RP and the group of us created a large handful of villains that we all fought against in time. in fact, I still have the list in my character archive. It was in an episodic style with lots of breaks and stuff to keep things from dragging on and getting boring, as well as to progress things and make sure that nobody got bored enough to leave.
