Ah. That's what I get for reading it half-asleep. Also, I'm aware of what I said but it has to still make sense. Unless you have a reason he's so old you can't just say that he's 100+ just cause. Though I'd expect you to explain that IC, yes? As long as he has a reason then he's fine.
