[@Kitsune] Yeah you can bump the power level up to any lieutenant level you feel like. So can be low if you want or high if you want that. You can also be a master in two area's now, an expert in one and a combatant in the last. That however is your choice...since you can still work towards that stuff. In honesty if it confuses you just let me know the two area's you'd want your char to be a master in and the other you want them to be expert in and I'll put the list together for you and just send it your way
