Well, I'll come to a final verdict tomorrow. With today being the Fourth and all, it's very likely that other people who have had an interest in this RP (well, in the US, at least) might have been unable to complete forms... Myself included.
I'll probably close entry in a day or two otherwise and get to accepting then.
