A mixture of Telepathy and Telekinesis. His R-types are essentially weird shaped guns (With occasional fancy bit of technology attached to them), and he uses his semblance to control them. he uses his telekinesis to "Sense" through them, allowing him to pilot them as if he was a mini fighter pilot.
