Max watched the door of the gym as more kids poured in. He wondered if any of them were as friendly as Jack but Max was still hesitant  and nervous of meeting new people. People scared him, even meeting Jack was scary. Max hoped his skin wouldn't change again, he didn't want to be judged again.
