"Hogwash." A while ago, Aquamarine had told Evenkite that she was only as small as she felt. And right now, she definitely didn't feel small. With her frown now replaced with a grin, the little gem jumped off from her perch, apparently unfazed by the fact that she jumping from a height over three times her own. A little more than halfway down the jump, her eyes began to glow and her descend slowed, her jump becoming little more than a gentle float down. It wasn't quite the lift she had been able to pull off on that rock a week ago, but considering she hadn't been able to pull it off since and considering she didn't even know if it was something she could preform on herself, she was more than happy. Maybe a bit shocked. But she only revealed the former feeling as she walked up towards Bloodstone, running a hand through her still messy hair, picking out a dried leaf, and crunching it to bits in her hand before tossing the fragments to the side as she did so. "I'm very curious as to what you have to say, Bloodstone, sir, but I doubt your words greatly. It is not wise to lie to those you wish to gain trust from, and it is downright idiotic to continue to lie right after your lies are seen through. Whatever makes you think that I wouldn't catch your lies a second time around? Your stalker's reaction tells me a lot more about you than your flimsy words do. And besides your more blatant lies, things aren't adding up. If you really were in charge of keeping an eye on Kindergaten, then you haven't been doing a very good job at it. Otherwise I wouldn't have been stuck in this mess. I'd be there instead, and I'd love to still be there, but that's not exactly an option anymore. And if you don't care for humans, then why do other gems? What's your reasoning, and what's theirs?" By now, Evenkite was only a few steps away from being toe-to-toe with Bloodstone, her arms crossed over her chest and her head tilted slightly to the side, her eyebrows raised. She let out a small snicker before continuing. "In all honesty though, I am curious to know what you have to say, but you better cut the crap if you expect me to stick around and listen. I appreciate that you're telling us anything at all," Unlike some other questionable gems. "But if you're going to continue to insult my intelligence by expecting me to buy your words, then forget it. They might not leave, but I certainly will."
