[@Horrid] He seems fine, but I think he could use some more weaknesses... For example, perhaps keeping the portals going takes a ton of concentration, and if it's broken, they disappear.

[@Partisan] Hmmm... I think you should cut the healing other people thang. Because it seems a bit tacked on, and I think his powerset could do without it. Also, the "weaknesses" you listed are more in-line with limits. I mean, drawing energy always seemed like a limit to me - unless it takes an abnormal amount of energy. One weakness I can think of is that the evolution process is painful, and slows him down.
