Similar to Celestial Spirit magic, Beast Pacts allow the mage to create bonds with animals and to summon bonded animals to their side at times of need. Unlike Celestial Spirit magic, Beast Pacts also grant the animals special properties, the most common of which being high intelligence and human speech, but can be anything from enhanced physical abilities to magical powers, depending on the individual.

History: Celius is the only person in Unity who sought Cut out himself, wanting to test himself. Even though he lost, Cut offered him a position in her guild in honor of his strength.

Unlike most types of magic, Skin Deep cannot be deactivated. It creates a layer of incredibly dense metal just beneath the surface of the skin without hindering movement or circulation in any way.

Personality: Flare prefers to fight rather than talk, and that's often what she does. She has a short fuse, and a hot temper.

Magic: False Slayer magic
Flare originally had only normal fire magic, but she wasn't satisfied with it. She grew up on stories of the great dragonslayers, and how they commanded the elements as easily as breathing, and she could not settle for a lesser power. Instead, she trained herself, night and day, for ten years until she accomplished one of the few things that set Dragonslayers apart from normal fire mages. She learned to eat flames, and gain sustenance from them.
Flare's magic is molded to be much like Dragonslayer magic, with a few exceptions. Flare's magic burns out far more quickly, and she needs to eat more fire to restore it. She also cannot enter Dragonforce, or eat abnormal fire. She has, on the other hand, acquired a Dragonslayer's weakness to moving vehicles. Whether that's a side effect of eating fire, or simply a psychological thing, is unknown.
