A power that strong needs some substantial weaknesses. [/quote] I'll answer to both of you on the explosion issue. So the problem is that it is capable of OHKO somebody by touch. The speed a fast ball seems a bit strange as an issue since, if I recall correctly, grenade launchers are as fast. I can slow it down, I don't mind. As for its destruction potential. Yes, like most powers, a direct attack is often a OHKO. Although I suppose the lack of substantial counter is bothering you. I can make it easier to dodge by lowering its speed. I can also add that anything in their way will cause them to fuse, even with things like flames or any strange element. Perhaps I could have them explode five seconds after fusing, having the target flash to indicate it's about to explode or something, leaving time to purge whatever you may be wearing. It should be enough to 1) Not get hurt and 2) Figure out the power to be never hit again by IC logic. But if it hits flesh, it should leave substantial damage, I mean you got hit by the guy's best attack. I can also lower is limit to like 4 and hit desperate limit to 6. I'm really okay with this.
