[@Odysseus] If you'd like to coin the "York gang" or something of the like and take the open spot for Arkham's resident gang, feel free. It will work well with what I had in mind in terms of organized crime.

I've decided on at least three NPC's to start with: A police constable, a university professor, and a speakeasy barkeep. There's another I'm unsure of whether or not I'd like to make; a locksmith that doubles as a weapons dealer. The locksmith and the barkeep could both have ties to the York gang. Should have my own CS done tomorrow.
