As for its destruction potential. Yes, like most powers, a direct attack is often a OHKO. Although I suppose the lack of substantial counter is bothering you. I can make it easier to dodge by lowering its speed. I can also add that anything in their way will cause them to fuse, even with things like flames or any strange element. Perhaps I could have them explode five seconds after fusing, having the target flash to indicate it's about to explode or something, leaving time to purge whatever you may be wearing. It should be enough to 1) Not get hurt and 2) Figure out the power to be never hit again by IC logic. But if it hits flesh, it should leave substantial damage, I mean you got hit by the guy's best attack. I can also lower is limit to like 4 and hit desperate limit to 6. I'm really okay with this.
The speed wouldn't be a problem at all if the supernova attack wasn't so strong. A five second timer is useless if it hits bare skin. That's still a total OHKO. The problem is that this power can OHKO anyone in the roleplay and has no actual weaknesses. Everything that you have listed is a limit. A weakness is something that can be used against an opponent to defeat them, like how my character Sam (who has invisibility) becomes visible if he is exposed to vibrations (such as that generated by his gun or by bumping into something). Think of it like this; if Batman were fighting your character, how would he defeat them?
I could see it happening, given how easy it is to set Meifeng off (Though, she wouldn't resort to her powers so easily). The fight itself will probably turn into the world's greatest battle of attrition, to see who gets tired first. Like two old men fighting.
In the end, it would probably end up being a fight of who is better-trained and more skilled.
