[@He Who Walks Behind]Okay, I'll tune down the computer skills bit, and I said he's good-looking if you can get past all the other stuff. Basically, if he was normal, he'd look good, but since he's not normal, he's stuck looking like a bit of a lizard man. Should've made that more clear. And as far as the vigilante thing, that's more of a 'hey, a drug dealer is in my territory, lets beat the shit out of him' kinda thing. It's basically a way he deals with the hyper aggression that comes with his power(more on that later) and he calls it being a vigilante to justify it. 

As for his ability, he will suffer a lot of ramifications, but his power is different in the fact that he hardly ever goes full dragon, and if he does, it's a moment when he's lost control of himself. If he ever does go full dragon in the RP, he'll be active for a half an hour rampage, than be knocked the fuck out for two weeks afterwards.
