You know what, after thinking about it, I feel like it would be interesting if the dissent between Ukraine and Russia were included in the RP, with the stipulation that the zone is meant to be neutral ground, even though forces from both the Russian and Ukrainian militaries may be present.  It could definitely lead to some interesting situations, and perhaps even a bit of enmity between some Russian and Ukrainian stalkers, which could lead to the rise of a respective pair of factions.

But since I had originally said that it wouldn't be in it, I will leave it to a vote as to whether it will be changed.
