Amazon is term used to signify/identify a woman/girl into a certified Badass. As from the Mythological reference of Hippolyta and further subverted in popular culture and comics in the form of our lovely lady, Diana or Wonder Woman. 

It is a general term used to signify women who can dance with burly men, so to say and either trample their pride or hold their own.

Thus, with Anna being an "amazon" means, the girl who's ripped and can rip you a new one. Amen.
