Yupe she arrived at the fire pit on the beginning of page five. While everyone was demonstrating she was there making little observational comments in her head about everyone. 

It was a bit busy so she was overlooked I think. ^^ But yes, she used her voice to whisper into everyone's ear and then they all sort of hopped along ^^ I believe this is when Kido and Ivy's brother were about to race as well.
