[@Mr Allen J]I can get rid of the emotion/ tracking thing, it was kind of a last minute thing added because eastern Dragon's are supposed to be in  tune with the energy of the world in most instances. The hydrokinesis and weather manipulation are much more direct relations to the lore, and something I'd rather keep, though I'm open to weakening them if need be.
