The mission itself...a rouge ninja would be fun, though we could allude to things they may be doing. Maybe they're attacking farmers outside the village or are kidnapping folks? There should be some threat there I think. We'd deal with tracking him, as well as fighting him. Or we could deal with any stragglers still supporting Orochimaru in the outskirts of Konoha. Or maybe there's someone missing like a child in the woods?
