I think Tsunade would approve of Sakura tagging along. She is showing more initiative and Kakashi is tagging along so I don't see too much cause for concern. Plus if the kid is hurt, Sakura does know basic healing if it's needed. I think he might agree that she should be fine going. Does that make sense?
