Fun Fact: Neither Lugia nor Kyogre can actually breathe underwater. Given that Kyogre's a dolphin (see the teeth, and then try to tell me he's a whale), and Lugia's a bird I guess it's kind of obvious, but it's still kinda funny how often both of them are seen underwater, given the above statement.
