Sadly, I haven't read much of his work. But what he had to say about writing female characters struck a chord and I tried my best from there.

I usually have the silent bruiser template ready to roll for my characters. They all have varied personalities but share a few traits. Everyone is an incomplete image of me and that's fun to write. I usually don't forsake RPs because I lost ispiration, because getting into the skin of a character for me is pretty instant. I love Leera from what I have read. About others, I guess we'll have to wait to see more light on them. 

Josive, for me didn't make a lasting impression. But that's my opinion and I hope you are not offended.
