A hot shower? Seriously? For a burn? Jeez. A cold shower more like. Vinegar is more like a cleaning thing. If your burn was covered in dirt or sand, sure. It's something I'd use more in rural areas, if I didn't have access to saline. And I have actually used it at a picnic once...the poor kid screamed and cried, but what could I do? I had to clean it to see if there was any small rocks in the cut so I could then bind it.
