Im getting back into rolepalying again, and I thought it might be a good idea to try out Arena roleplays. But there is no official guide or anything to tell you how they work, so I am awfully confused. A few questions --

- How do you decide who is the winner?
- Do you just make a bunch of characters and you pit characters against other peoples characters with no real context or story connection?
- Just over all how in the lord's name does it all work?
