An odd figure could be seen lurking the lakes off the outskirts of Fern City. Was it a mermaid? It appeared to be the case, as she had the upper body of a human and the lower body of a fish.

As she approached land, her tail morphed into a pair of human legs. As she emerged from the water - she was stark naked, like the day she was born. This was Elle. Human on the outside, dragon on the inside. As she opened her mouth, she seemed to speak draconic.

"Ssssss... (So this is what mother meant when she said that I could go places she couldn't. Land... land!)"
