Isaura ate in quiet as she listened to the cook talk. Isaura thought the woman was nice and seemed to fill the empty silence with chatter that made Isaura smile. “Thank you,” Isaura said as she finished her meal, “That really was a lot to take in,” she said as she interrupted the cooks talking, “but maybe we could continue this later. I think I should maybe be returning to Zayden.” “Of course,” the cook replied waving her off. Isaura smiled as she left the kitchen and subtly sniffed the air. She frowned at the crisp sterile scent of the castle walls, surprised by the lack of scents and wondering why she hadn’t realized it before. Sighing she moved back toward Zayden’s room and was surprised that Zayden was still training. She made a small sound, not liking that he was exerting himself as much as he was. With a sigh of her own she went into Zayden’s bathroom to cleanse her body of the day’s events. She removed her weapons from her person and set them aside before disrobing completely and folded her clothes and placed them to the side. She stepped into the shower and used her nose to pick out which bottle had the soap in it. She smiled as she cleaned the dirt from her body. She smiled as she rinsed the suds and smiled as she used Zayden’s towel to dry herself. With a shake of her head, she rummaged through drawers before finding one of his shirts. With a sniff at the collar she climbed into his bed and went back to sleep, but not before taking a moment to search Zayden out with her aura.
