In the context it was taken from, the box in the front barely holds one human, but I'm gonna say it's a lot bigger. Think it was from either Babylon 5 or Andromeda. Including the wings it would be the size of a football field. The main part in the center would be about the size of a trailer complete with restroom, personal quarters, a loading dock, a kitchen/dining area, and the control center. Nightstar will be like the ship's battery coincidentally enough, constantly pushing himself and giving it all the excess energy he can. It's also the reason we can tail the grey alien, his ship still uses a red nova rock core in it's engine and 'Star can track it...
