I loved how they built her up to that moment. That you felt so much different things for Rose from many points of views but then to see her. For the real time see her through her own eyes and how much she loved Steven before he was in the world. Her knowing that she couldn't be there and giving him a final and beginning message just for him. She showed in that moment what Greg, earth, humans, and Steven meant to her. That she regretted nothing.
