Yeah, Ded is absolutely correct. Feel free to put up a CS, but before you do I suggest looking over the rules on the first page of the OOC thread. But we're pretty easy going here. We do prefer that new players apply for 1 character to start, and then once you show that you can handle the load of the first character, we allow the second.
