I'm back, to discover that [@Blackmist16]'s new character has jumped the gun on a well-planned attack, alerted the town guards to an internal threat rather than let them be drawn to an external threat, ruined the plan and turned the raid into a slaughter. What am I meant to do now? Torrens' whole job was to cause chaos outside before any inside chaos happened.

[@PhoenixFire], in terms of magic, generally magic users in this universe tend to just cast magic from internal sources or some sort, rather than rely on scrolls and wands with charges of a spell. Those would be good to use spells you can't innately cast, though.
