[@PhoenixFire], in terms of magic, generally magic users in this universe tend to just cast magic from internal sources or some sort, rather than rely on scrolls and wands with charges of a spell. Those would be good to use spells you can't innately cast, though.

Sorry guys I kind of misinterpreted shit and I screwed up and I'm sorry so actually we have now focused on the guards not civilian so as to make it not a slaughter and Balothiss does tend to jump the gun as I say and he screwed up and he realizes that is why he is focusing on the guards now, he might retreat and go and try to draw guardsmen out of the city if that helps or he could distract the while someone takes out a good amount of them?
