So is this scene effectively over now that Saina got speared by the ice chunk? Or is there some mop-up with Daemn? I am lightly lost in the whole flow of the entire affair.


Also regarding fox's question it would depend on the power/intensity. Because if its intense enough your nerves will be destroyed before the pain transmits.  A mundane version would be delayed pain reactions from people who have been bitten by sharks.  Where the force and serrated cleave through the nerves and the attackee(?) feels a presence but no pain until after the fact.  

Anyway yeah mages can be scary but in this one game I know even non-mages can be scary
