Xing Yi knew that his iron shirt technique would work against him in this situation he was missing his punches because his mobility was effected. Once he got moving he would have to 'deactivate' the technique to move again at full speed. But the werewolf had already thrown a counter punch, a hook with his fist covered in ice spikes. Xing yi wasnt fast enough to dodge the move, but a skilled enough martial artist to tuck his chin and block with a shoulder roll, a fairly western technique but these were competetive moments. The punch smashed into his shoulder but because of the iron shirt and the robes resisting the magical ice Xing was able to block any injuries though the impact of the werewolfs strength still shook the monk to his core, this false god was frighteningly strong....but so was Xing Yi. Western boxing? no god would ever use such a crude style. Reeling off of the shoulder roll, Xing Yi bent his knees and sprung his tosro forward in an up diagonal position to strike with an elbow smash to the werewolf's jaw, and to follow up with a roaring spinning back kick with his rear foot (left). All while deactivating the iron shirt to make sure the attacks were at least twice as fast.
