Brief Bio
Em bounced from city to city, racking up her criminal record with multiple burglaries, petty thievery. She had a troubled childhood, coming from a broken home. Her parents ignored her, which allowed her to do whatever she wanted, which happened to be thieving. She loved stealing jewelry, particularly emeralds because of her name. She came to Ashe City by running from the police from another city. She knew immediately that she was going to like it here because she could blend in here rather than standing out in all of those other cities. She avoids the Agency at all costs and is one of the hardest criminals to catch because of her abilities.

Telepathy- She can communicate with people through minding reading and sending telepathic methods. 
Telekinesis- She can pick up things with her mind and bring it toward her. Very helpful with her thievery.
Retractable Claws- Perfect weapons for a neko
