Not a fan of olives or onions. Haha. Feta is alright, I just tried a harder cheese called Midnight Moon, so good. 

And hey thanks for digging it out for me! I need to figure out what to make this week. I just roasted red potatoes and we had kielbasa and grilled asparagus. ^^ But that dish sounds pretty low key and I did just buy some ricotta (it's okay, but I don't like the texture so I need to do something with it) so it could be used without much trouble. I would probably wanna add carrots too because I love add carrots to my pasta sauces, I don't care what my parents say lol
