It does adopt the turn based or rotation rules though.... 

for example:

[b][u]Rotation:[/u][/b]
     GM (me)
     Player 1
     Player 2
     Player 3
     Player 4
     ....etc

  Until everyone posts and then I post again updating the enviroment, npcs, and my own characters. I ask for one post each from everyone so that its not a big long mess and that everyone gets a chance to post.
