Tirdas, 9th of Heartfire 

	The dog was missing when I got back to the inn. Stenvar let it out of his sight while he was drinking. Hopefully it’s heading to Rimerock Burrow, I’d hate to have to track it down again. In brighter news, I found my Khajiit friend on the road today! I gladly returned his amulet, and he said if I ever needed any help, he would accompany me on my journeys. I remembered to ask for his name this time, it’s Kharjo. 

We stopped for a few rounds in Dawnstar, and I stopped by the smithy and found a Dwarven bow that I liked. We didn’t stay very long; after an hour or so, we took a boat to ferry us to Solitude. Tomorrow, I’ll report in to General Tullius, but tonight, we go to Rimerock.
