Wow, You are really hung up on Alice's body, and many people have done it White, there's even a whole anime about it, just hopefully she won't wake up with it standing up. 

And she would knock Dana out when ever she would try to sleep and felt someone poking her, then again Dana may have fallen in between Alice's legs and felt it before.
