"I don't agree with that, I think you're really strong. You and Viral killed that monster didn't you? None of us could do it, so I think that makes you powerful," Yumi remarked, smiling kindly, "Energy or just raw strength, power is power. And you've got it by the truckloads T'charrl." She was a bit jealous of his ability honestly, wishing that she was so strong that she could protect her friends like that. She'd still try of course regardless of her power, but it would be nice to have the strength to back it up. "Maybe after we finish with whatever this is we can go ahead and train, if you'd like. We could even go find a nice place out in the woods to train, no reason to go into the stuffy ship." They were on a lovely world here on Uuonoe, it would be a shame to squander it and waste their day inside. Yumi was very excited now to potentially have a training partner, rather than doing it all herself. Sadly however it looked like things would have to wait, as Vegeta had finally arrived and was looking awfully grim. She didn't know the reason for it of course, yet she didn't need to just given how he looked and felt: their reason for being called here was an awful one, and part of her almost hoped he wasn't going to even share it with them. Takeshi hadn't said it, but he was in the same boat as Kabocha initially. They weren't some private military force to be called on at a moment's notice, they certainly weren't official rebels either: to him it almost felt like they were being treated as mercenaries, that was something he never wanted to be designated as again. Sure things sounded bad for Numina, and yeah he felt bad, but it really wasn't their problem. If Uuonoe came under attack they'd defend it again, but there was no reason for them to go running to defend another world. Takeshi was just as soon to tell Vegeta to forget it as well until their friend turned to him and Shu, dropping the last bomb on them. Eyes widening slightly he stared at his friend for a moment, turning his head slightly to Shu when he started panicking a bit. Giving him a pained, sympathetic look he squatted down, placing a hand on Shu's head and giving his hair a gentle rub, "You won't have to fight him buddy, don't worry. I'll fight him, you guys can just hang back." "That's not going to work... Yamate isn't the only one there," Vegeta added, his tone somber as he looked at the brothers, "Krom was also reported to be with him, and there may still be others with them. No one knows why the King or Krom decided to show up there and now but that's the case, we have to do something. If we can somehow manage to beat them on Numina we could end this whole war, save countless lives and prevent further fighting. Maybe we don't care about the planet they're on, but we should care about that much." Though he loathed to think about it in terms of revenge that may well be their biggest reason for going out after Yamate; every person present had been adversely affected somehow by the Saiyan's actions, save for T'charrl. With so many grudges it was only natural that revenge was going to play a part in all of this, there was no denying that. Letting out a sigh he ran a hand through his hair, looking at the rest of the group as he let the two brothers take it in. "I don't have to say how dangerous this is for us, or the risk that we run by going into this fight. Everything we've been doing though has to been to make that bastard pay for what he's done to us, and now's a good a chance as any to make that happen. I called everyone here because I figured you could all go, support one another and bring those two down for good. I can't join you because of Viral and neither can my father, but you all should be fine." "Yeah, fine fighting the King of Saiyans, if I've ever heard a bigger sack of shit than that..." Kabocha said, stuffing his hands into his pockets and kicking at the ground in annoyance. "Fine, I'll go, but I'm not doing it to save Numina or whatever. Once that jerk is gone my family can return home, and I can get back to enjoying life like I should be. No more bumming around like we have been." He had fortune and power back home, or he would once Yamate was out of the picture. Not to say he'd never see these people again because he'd like to, but he had a lot going for him on Kortal and couldn't just leave that all behind. It was easy to stand here and say they'd fight Yamate too, but how many times had he been before the King and dreaded having to fight the man? There was definitely a part of him fearing the fight to come, knowing full well if they weren't careful they could end up dead here. This was crap, why did they have to go and fight father? Every time they should be relaxing and starting to get better something came up, it never failed. The fact that Shu was going to be put at serious risk really ticked off Takeshi, and he nearly wanted to tell his brother to remain here while he went. Knowing his sibling though he'd not want Takeshi to go on his own, which led them to a big problem; their friends couldn't go fight by themselves, neither of them would allow it, yet neither really wanted to face off against their father either. "If he tries hurting you Shu I'll kill him, I swear it," Takeshi said gently, pulling Shu close and resting his forehead on his sibling's head, closing his eyes, "No one is going to do anything while we're there, I won't let them." Between everyone here they could probably win, there was no reason for Shu to have to even get involved. He hated to have their friends at risk too, but he knew full well he wasn't even remotely a match for their father alone, and he couldn't be sure about Krom.
