The last thing we need is to kill her harder. Besides, I don't want Saina to shine right now. She just showed off a very unique talent and it's time for someone else to have the spotlight. *pinkies up* because that's good roleplay etiquette.
Keep in mind that she's not dying though. I mean, the blood she took from Naisha's body isn't STILL pooling out so death by blood loss here isn't possible. There's still enough in her to keep functioning though I admit now that I think about it there is the risk of hypothermia. That in mind, the best possible solution is to dislodge the protruding spikes from front and back, bind the wound very tightly and get her to a source of heat asap. Cura would work to seal the wound and take care of internal damage, but for replacing blood loss and bring up body temperature, not so sure
