[@Akayaofthemoon] Oh my gosh, I'm sorry to hear that once again. People can be such jerks. Something I've always hated about Canadian culture is that we seem to pride the idea of following scheduels more than helping one another. Our school is really overpopulated, and one day a boy was trampled under a swarm of students, unable to move under their weight and unheard due to the noise all around us. Once a teacher noticed and the swarm spread out, my friend and I tried to approach the kid and help him up, because his face was a mess and for all we could tell he wasn't breathing properly and his nose looked broken. The teacher yelled at us and got us in trouble for trying to help this kid instead of going to class. Like...I don't know, but those priorities seem really messed up to me. The fact that you had to write a note in this person's defense seems equally messed up.
