While containing artificial technology, the scientists were successful in restoring her original eye color; a pale green that adds to her haunting appearance. Well proportioned and physically fit, Silvia can be found wearing an array of tight fitting and skin revealing clothing (all under the guise of comfort and mobility).[/i]

[i]Experiments done in her childhood greatly messed with Silvia's emotional responses, suppressing almost all of them by complete accident. She very rarely shows emotion, but due to her age when experimentation started, even when she does express them she does not understand them. Silvia cannot help but to be cold and analytical in both word and action, but secretly she wishes she could understand the emotional connections other people have with each other. Along with her inhuman personality, Silvia has shown interest (or at least mild fascination) with music, food and normal socialization; most likely derived from her will to understand what it is that she had lost in her youth.[/i]

[b]Motive:[/b]
[i]When Silvia was still just a child, her father was a scientist working on the beginnings of the GA Project. So caught up in his work and need for success he used his own daughter in secret illegal experimentation. It was this experiment in particular that suppressed any sort of normal emotional response, leaving Silvia near emotionless and without an ability. Left an orphan after her father's suicide, Silvia continues on simply because she knows no other life... But she also searches for some sense of meaning to her life, a way to understand the emotions she has long forgotten.[/i]

[i]Silvia is what the government dubbed a failed experiment, unable to express any sort of ability during the original testing. Other procedures were done on her in order to enhance her physical strength and a special chip was implanted into her brain as a substitute to a power. With no ability to speak of, Silvia is forced to use her unique connections with the technological world around her and her own two fists to fight and protect the Guardians.[/i]

[i]The Chip: A special chip, standard in all Angels, is implanted directly into the brains of the subjects. This chip allows the subject to connect with the city grid, this includes things such as traffic lights, security cameras, other chips and other various electronics. Some subjects have shown a better knack at using the chip to its full potential than others, Silvia is one said subject. Use of the chip's abilities have appeared to come naturally to her, researchers having found no issues thus far.

Silvia's extreme connection with her chip leaves her vulnerable to expert hackers, and it is for this reason that the research team designed a "fail-safe" in case of attack. If a hacker is successful in reaching past a certain point of secure firewalls, the fail-safe will kick in initiating a lockdown. Essentially Silvia faints, leaving her body completely defenseless while defending her mind, and until the threat of the hacker disappears the reboot process will not begin.[/i]

[i]Working along side the chip is an enhancement of the eyes. Data sent from the chips to the eyes allows the subject to view 3D images and pop up displays of information that are otherwise invisible to others. Essentially their eyes have become monitors that only they and their "doctors" can view.[/i]

[i]Another Angel exclusive, inspired by the codename, is a set of force fields in the shape of wings. Designed to be a barrier against explosions, these devices are attached to a particular article of clothing (a shirt or jacket) worn by the Angel and is activated by the chip implanted in their brains. While the shields are effective at holding back most blasts, they are not designed to protect against projectiles and will disperse upon impact with another person. If forcefully dispersed, the wings will need a few moments to reboot before they can be used again.[/i][/hider]

[I]6'5" and built like a tank, Caden is an intimidating figure all on his own. His jet black hair and modified eyes add a bit of mystery and danger to his appearance while his slightly shaper Due to the issued "Tech Eye", Caden's eyes appear a deep maroon color (a reddish hue added to the original brown). Keeping with his "bad boy" look Caden tends to dress in all black no matter what style of clothing and, unlike his female counterpart, doesn't show off his muscular body often.[/I]

[b]Personality:[/b] 
[i]While a changed man, Caden is still a spoiled rich kid at heart. Having a sly nature about him, he just can't help but to get himself into trouble, including altercations with the police when he was younger. Being the child of a rich family, Caden was never put in jail and thus never received the punishment necessary to change his behavior. His rebel behavior grew so out of control that his parents were forced to send him to military academy in hopes of whipping him into shape. After struggling to find his footing, Caden learned his wrong doings and how to handle himself in the future... Mostly. Still sly and prone to causing trouble, Caden won't endanger the lives of others anymore with his pranks, and will always remain true to his mission no matter how dark he gets. Attempts to shut off his emotional response like Silvia failed, only resulting in a slight taming but mostly ineffective.[/i]

[i]After being sent to military academy, Caden was eager to prove to his parents that he had truly changed. Hearing about the Guardian Initiative, Caden jumped at the chance but it didn't work out exactly as planned. His ability was also considered a failure, but due to his potential was given the opportunity for the Angel Project. Now he serves to protect the Guardians to prove his growth to those who doubted his transformation.[/i]

[b]Ability:[/b]
[i]Caden is equipped with all of the standard Angel technology, however his connection with it was less than satisfactory. For unknown reasons, the chip was never quite in sync with Caden's brain and thus preventing it from working at its full potential. The chip will only communicate with the tech in his eyes and technology in his immediate area. Even the wings attached to his leather jacket won't respond to the chip, so instead the researchers designed for him a fingerless glove that he wears on his right hand, fitted with an activation button for his wings.

Still fitted with enhanced strength and speed, Caden is one of the few Angels that technically has an ability. Considered a failure because of the weak results, experiments to give Caden premonitions of the future resulted in battle intuition but not much beyond that.
